We had a 30-year-old dual boiler which was extremely inefficient and costing us a fortune on oil. That was replaced with a high-efficiency Grant gas condenser boiler, a programmable control with three separate zones and linked thermostats, and a large fully insulated hot water cylinder. The old boiler and fittings were removed from the site when the work was finished.
